Sessions & Fees:
Initial Intake Counseling Session: $150 (60 minutes)
Individual Counseling Session: $125 (50-55 minutes)
Do you accept insurance?
Currently, I am only in network with BCBS, United/UMR, and Cigna/Evernorth; however, I am undergoing the process of terminating these contracts. After my contracts are terminated, I will no longer be able to accept insurance or submit claims on your behalf. If you have insurance with out of network (OON) benefits, you will still be able to use this for my services. In this case, I will issue you a superbill (a fancy invoice required to submit a claim) that you can use to submit your claim to your insurance company for reimbursement. Your insurance company will walk you through the process of submitting your claims. Please see below for the exact date of my contract termination with each company:

Start the Process
1. Schedule a Session
Please contact me via email, phone, or through the contact form on my website to schedule an initial session. Once we have found a mutually convenient time, I will send you the intake forms via an online portal. Forms must be completed at least 48 hours prior to the initial session.
2. Initial Intake Session
The primary focus of the initial session is for us to get to know each other and determine whether we will be a good fit working together. We will discuss the issue/s that prompted you to seek counseling, your history, and your goals for counseling during this session.
3. Ongoing Sessions
During ongoing sessions, we will be digging deeper into your psyche and subconscious. This is where we can identify problematic thinking patterns and unhelpful beliefs so that we can reframe and release what is not benefiting you.
